It’s been a busy start to the New Year for our team as we have just completed the installation of a new Mitel telephone system for Dawson Group PLC over the weekend.
Dawson Group PLC are based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes and are known more commonly as Dawson Rentals. They are a leading specialist asset rental business operating in several markets within the European logistics sector and employ over 750 staff across the UK.
Entropie were entrusted to help Dawson Group replace their old telephone system with a new Mitel solution to bring new features and functionality to enable them to operate more cost-effectively using the latest VoIP and converged technologies.
Project planning started in the middle of last year with our team working closely with Dawson Group to ensure that the changeover would not cause any disruption to the business, especially as they are a 24hr operation.
The new system was installed with great success by our engineering team and will now allow the head office to link to various sites across the country to provide a seamless communications platform for the entire business.
