A site survey is one of the most important stages before any installation takes place and essentially comprises of a trained engineer or project manager visiting your business premises.
Our engineers will be able to fully evaluate your requirements allowing for the correct configuration of systems and to understand any end user training needs. In addition, we can assess any logistical challenges there may be during the install, for example routing new cabling, or installing new software on the existing network.
Should a survey highlight any additional work that could be required this can be agreed beforehand whilst our engineers can also answer more in-depth questions with the in-house support teams.
A comprehensive survey ensures that expectations are fulfilled and that there are no unforeseen issues that could delay the actual installation. The more time the installation takes to complete, the more likely that day to day business may be affected.
