At Entropie we recognise that training is one of the most important parts of any new system. That’s why we provide you with a comprehensive programme of training, so that you gain maximum benefit from your new purchase.
Training has a huge impact on how your team performs, and so it’s crucial that all users have a good understanding of the systems they’re using. As your business develops, with new working practices and staff changes, it’s highly beneficial to maintain these training programmes over time, too.
Entropie offers two levels of training for customers:
End-User Training – This is available for all staff and is geared towards individual or departmental needs. Our trainers can work with all levels of technical ability and they train at the appropriate level. End-user training can be held in groups or as one-to-one sessions, if required.
System Administrator Training – This is suitable for individuals with responsibility for controlling the whole system and carrying out basic programming changes, which otherwise you may require us to do. System administrator training is appropriate for all sizes of company. It’s particularly useful for learning more about your system’s capabilities – which, in turn, is crucial for the ongoing development of your business.
The level of training varies from basic to advanced, depending on your requirements. We’ll talk through with you how we can best tailor the courses to suit your individual company’s needs.
