The new Siemens Bewator Entro Lite is a cost efficient door entry access control solution for businesses that only have a few doors to control but who still want to feel safe with a high level of security.
The Entro Lite can be installed with one door to start with and can then be expanded with more doors when needed. The possibility of adding more doors as you go along makes the system flexible and cost efficient. At the same time Entro Lite has many important features and is as user-friendly and functional as the larger access control system Bewator Entro, even with just one door installed.
Entro Lite can be used as a single door stand-alone access control solution with a maximum of two readers per controller. All the programming is carried out via the internal keypad with no need for shadow cards, making system set up quick and simple.
A stand-alone Entro Lite controller can be easily upgraded to a small networked system with a maximum of eight doors. A further upgrade to the full Entro 5 system can be achieved to provide a fully featured door security system without any equipment redundancy.
