Samsung launches new OfficeServ 7030 compact system

Samsung Electronics UK has upped the stakes in the lower reached of the converged communications market with the launch of the OfficeServ 7030 Compact, an addition to its OfficeServ series.
A key aspect of the system is its ability to be configured according to the needs of individual businesses. The platform boasts a feature set including 18 low cost IP extensions, analogue, ISDN and/or SIP trunks, Wi-Fi for wireless voice and data communications.
"The OfficeServ 7030 Compact is proof of Samsung commitment to offer communications solutions to businesses whatever their size" said Mark Ivens, Senior Marketing Manager, Samsung Electronics UK. "In the past telephone systems for smaller SME or SOHO market have not been able to facilitate IP trunks or IP extensions, at least not cost effectively"
