Overview
Due to rapid expansion, Adams Moore Solicitors found that in order to maintain their success and high quality legal service; they would need to improve their telecommunication systems across all of their regional offices. More control was required over the administration of systems and eventually they would be centralised as the business grows. With this in mind, Entropie recommended the Mitel CS 5000 series of telephone systems which allow commonality across the entire business operation.
Adams Moore saw the benefits of the Mitel system which was also compliant with their legal aid service requirements. From building a strong understanding and meeting the customer’s expectations, Entropie now act as the single point of contact for all of the client’s telecoms and IT Support needs.
