Following the recent introduction of our business mobile service, we have an exciting administrator tool available for customers to better manage their mobile fleet.
Called Manage-My-Mobiles, this online portal provides a live connection to our network, allowing you more control over your mobile fleet and easy access to management features and reporting.
By logging onto a simple to use web browser interface this highly functional portal puts the power of a mobile network into your hands, enabling you to carry out the day to day functions that most other networks would normally undertake on your behalf.
Manage-My-Mobiles provides the following features;

Shows all mobile numbers, the associated SIM number, the device make and model with user name entry.

Management of call barring, either in groups or individually e.g. Premium rate, International and Roaming.

All usage can be monitored by cost centre(s) or individually.

Alerts can be set for UK or Roaming usage e.g. data and voice.

SIMS can be managed, swapped and suspended.

Voicemail and call forwarding management.
As well as applying network settings directly on the core of the mobile network, Manage-My-Mobiles provides you with usage reports which you can configure and send out as usage alerts for everyone within your company.
You can also view voice, data and SMS usage within your company. Total usage can be viewed either at company level, group level (such as cost centres) and by person. The reports are easily downloaded to review when you need them.

You can now respond quickly to your staff when they need call bars applied or lifted, or their calls forwarded automatically to another number, ensuring that down time is kept to a minimum.
