Mitel are due to release their ‘Phone Manager Mobile’, an application for iOS and Android, next month.
Phone Manager Mobile delivers the same functionality you can enjoy on your Phone Manager Desktop software, whilst you are on the move. As well as Call History, Chat and Contacts, Phone Manager Mobile introduces Presence Profiles which combine ‘Do Not Disturb’, Hunt Group login and ‘Dynamic Extension’ features of the MiVoice Office 250 to deliver optimised routing and presence visibility to the rest of your organisation.
Smartphone notifications alert you with Dynamic Extension calls routed to your Primary Dynamic Extension Device. You can choose to make calls using your preferred voice device. Options include your GSM Cellular phone, Mitel desk phone or you can use Phone Manager Mobile as a SIP softphone over Wi--Fi or 4G/3G.
