The new version now adopts a much improved user interface, with the latest Windows style look incorporating additional end user functionality such as a pop-up call banner and the ability to prioritise nominated contacts.
A key integration tool for customers already with a call recorder solution is that they can now access recordings from the same desktop interface. In addition, there is also support for SIP softphone devices and the upcoming Phone Manager Mobile application due later this year.
